The Management Committee, volunteers and members have agreed to suspend competitive games for season 2009/10. This is to enable us to instead focus on fund-raising and on developing the infrastructure of the club - including the recruitment of committee members, volunteers, coaches and players in order that we can continue to build on our growing reputation as an orderly well run and family oriented club. We will however be organizing a number of friendly games and field trips with a view to operating the following teams in season 2009/10. Under 18s 11-a-side Sunday league (men)
12.03.09 CLUB MANAGER WINS CIVIC AWARDOn Thursday 12th March 2009, our Club Manager, Ngoma Bishop, won one of the Mayor of Islington's Civic Awards, for his contribution to the community in Islington, and in particular for forming the New Orleans Griffins Community Football Club.
